How to use Mynthalea mint oil
Application and dosage:
- Fragrance lamp: 3 drops for the room scent
- Massage: massage 3-4 drops together with 2 spoons of base oil (almond oil, jojoba oil, neutal cream) into the affected area.
MYNTHALEA MINOIL is used pure or diluted. - Bath: add 3 drops to the bath water together with 1 spoon of honey (emulsifier).
- Shower: put 3-4 drops on the sponge and massage in
- Inhalation: add 3 drops to 2 liters of hot water and inhale, with eyes closed.
- Direct inhalation: place a few drops on a handkerchief or the head pad and inhale
- Rubbing: 2-3 drops into the affected area.
- Pot-pourri: 4 drops regenerate the scent of dried flowers
